When you are ready to contact our admissions staff, please give us a call, and one of our treatment consultants will be able to walk you through our program and the few steps it takes to become a client in our care. All calls go directly to Tranquility Woods staff and are not routed to a call center or answering service.
Our treatment consultants will help collect your insurance information to determine if your policy can be applied to our cost of care. We work with most major insurance providers that allow members to go out of their healthcare network. In most cases, the cost of care is comparable to in-network facilities. Our staff will provide complimentary insurance verification for anyone seeking treatment in our care.

Our phone assessment usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. During this screening process, we will ask more in-depth questions pertaining to substance use and mental health. During this time we may request additional medical records to help our team provide the highest level of care for your needs.
Once our medical and clinical staff have a chance to review your case, we can schedule your intake appointment. We offer admissions Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm Eastern Standard Time.
