Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a structured treatment plan for individuals seeking support while maintaining their daily routines. Utilizing the "Living in Balance" curriculum, our program provides comprehensive care that includes group therapy, individual counseling, and family therapy sessions. Participants will receive one individual or family therapy session weekly, tailored to address their unique needs and goals.
