Here at Tranquility Woods, the cost of our program varies greatly depending on a few factors. About 90% of our clients use health insurance for the cost of care. How we use health insurance

We can apply many private and commercial health insurance policies toward the cost of care. Most plans require to have out-of-network benefits for mental health and substance abuse. Our team can run an insurance verification to determine the cost of care using insurance.

When health insurance can be applied, the cost of care is usually either the deductible or the out-of-pocket maximum listed on the policy.  Every client is also made aware of their total financial responsibility before entering our program.

When using health insurance, we submit medical and clinical records to the insurance company.  The insurance company reviews and provides authorization for our services.  Usually, every 7 to 10 days, there is another review for further approval.  When relying on health insurance, the length of stay in our care is determined by the insurance company.  Please give us a call if you would like to go over our program more in-depth.
