Our program is structured to combine evidence-based therapies, holistic practices, and creative outlets. Each week builds on the last, helping clients gain self-awareness, emotional balance, and healthy coping skills.

- Daily yoga, meditation, and relaxation techniques (progressive muscle relaxation, body scan, mindfulness).
- Acupuncture offered weekly for stress and anxiety relief.

- Trauma and the Brain, Defensive Mechanisms, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT & REBT).
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modules, including distress tolerance, opposite action, and Wise Mind.
