Our 6-Week Residential Mental Health Program

Our program is structured to combine evidence-based therapies, holistic practices, and creative outlets. Each week builds on the last, helping clients gain self-awareness, emotional balance, and healthy coping skills.

Mind-Body Practices

  • Daily yoga, meditation, and relaxation techniques (progressive muscle relaxation, body scan, mindfulness).
  • Acupuncture offered weekly for stress and anxiety relief.

    Core Therapy Groups

    • Trauma and the Brain, Defensive Mechanisms, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT & REBT).
    • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modules, including distress tolerance, opposite action, and Wise Mind.
    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills such as defusion and acceptance of others.

      Emotional & Relational Growth

      • Managing Anxiety, Depression, Anger, and Grief/Loss.
      • Building Self-Esteem, Setting Boundaries, and Exploring Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationships.
      • Navigating Family Dynamics, Romantic Relationships, and Life Transitions.

        Creative & Experiential Therapies

        • Music Therapy and Art Therapy every week.
        • Culinary therapy focused on nutrition and mood.

          • Goal setting, discharge planning, and building trust.
          • Communication styles, conflict resolution, and interpersonal effectiveness (DEARMAN).
