Allison Hadel
Allison Hadel, CSC-AD, is a compassionate and dedicated Substance Use Counselor at Tranquility Woods, bringing over two years of experience in client-centered care for individuals navigating substance use disorders. Allison specializes in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to support clients in achieving recovery and maintaining long-term sobriety.
At Tranquility Woods, Allison facilitates structured substance use disorder (SUD) groups, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides comprehensive assessments tailored to each client’s unique journey. Her approach is rooted in empathy and a commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and meaningful progress.
Before joining Tranquility Woods, Allison gained valuable experience, where she worked in both in-person and telehealth settings, facilitated IOP groups, and supported clients re-entering the community. Her work consistently demonstrated her dedication to tracking client progress, coordinating with local resources, and providing personalized strategies to meet each individual’s needs.
Allison is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Addictions at Purdue Global University. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Humanities from the Community College of Baltimore County. Allison’s commitment to professional development and her clients’ well-being makes her an integral part of the Tranquility Woods team.
