Mr. Judge oversees the day-to-day clinical activities and services provided to clients participating in our residential program, along with the role of Clinical Supervisor for the Counselors. It includes supervision and support to them, ensuring that we prioritize client care over all else. He is also very much involved in the admissions process, business development, and outreach and loves having opportunities to work with clients one-on-one. As the Clinical Director, Jon directly reports to TW’s owner and supports all employees’ development to reach their full potential.

Jon has over 10+ years of Clinical Experience working directly with clients to address Addictions and Mental Health. Jon also has spent the past five years developing his management skills in the roles of Clinical Supervisor for staff and interns, Program Management of day-to-day operations, as well as work as a Clinical Quality Assurance auditor before joining Tranquility Woods. Jon looks to bring his strong clinical skills along with his program management and quality assurance experience to Tranquility Woods to continue to help others recover from alcoholism and drug addiction through his management of the clinical operations.

Jon enjoys prioritizing self-care outside work through exercise, being outdoors, and spending time with his friends and family.
