Andrea Kulp joined Tranquility Woods in 2018 and was quickly promoted to Director of Client Financials. In this role, she analyzes clients’ insurance benefits, ensures financial agreements are clearly explained and completed, works closely with our utilization review and billing team, and manages accounts receivable.

Before starting at Tranquility Woods, Andrea earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from UMBC. She previously worked as an intake specialist for an Employee Assistance Program, where she helped connect clients with the right emotional, financial, and legal support. She also worked as an Assistant Teacher at a non-public school for students with learning disabilities.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, five daughters, and Newfoundland, Rocky. Some of her favorite things are vacationing near Lake Michigan, reading, going to movies, and having a good cup of coffee at least twice a day.
