Let’s help you understand your options.

You don’t have to know the program names.

Explore this option

Your needs may cross more than one program. Admissions can explain the assessment process and available options.

Compare the options in two passes.

First compare the focus of care: what concerns would you like the team to understand? Then compare the setting: living where treatment happens, attending daytime sessions or joining remotely. These are different questions, so you can explore one without having a final answer to the other.

Open an option that seems relevant and note the part you want explained. For example: “I am looking for mental health support, and I need to understand what living at the treatment setting would involve.” Or: “I am exploring outpatient care and want to know how the schedule would fit with my responsibilities.” These are starting questions, not selections you have to commit to.

If more than one option seems relevant, keep both names and explain what drew you to each. If none describes your situation well, write down what is missing. Admissions can use that question to explain the next step. For unfamiliar terms, open the treatment glossary; for a side-by-side program overview, explore levels of care.

Your next step

We’re here to help.

You may have questions about treatment, or you may not know where to begin. Tell us what you or your loved one is going through. We can talk through your options and help you check your insurance benefits.

Ask about care, availability, and insurance. A benefits check does not guarantee coverage or payment.
