The current Living in Balance schedule covers process and self-assessment, substance-use education, stress and communication skills, family and relationship topics, and relapse prevention.

Care after PHP day treatment.
When a five-hour daytime schedule is no longer needed, morning or evening IOP may be considered. The team will explain whether that level is appropriate.
