02 — What you need at home

Preparing for Virtual IOP at home.

Virtual intensive outpatient treatment, or IOP, lets you join scheduled sessions online without traveling to Arnold. You’ll need a private place, reliable internet, and time set aside for treatment. We can talk through what taking part involves and whether online care is right for you.

  • A private place.
  • Protected time for scheduled sessions.
  • A reliable internet connection. Ask the team what device and setup you will need.

Connected to Arnold

Virtual participation is part of the Tranquility Woods outpatient program, not a separate residential service.

Support around daily responsibilities
