“Seung Han. This was my 3rd time in rehab. Tranquility woods rehabilitation center helped me find myself and taught me so much about addiction and recovery. The staff at Tranquility woods were very kind and understanding. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The food was great. I have gained about 20 pounds while staying here. The amenities were great. They have salt water pool and gym. For someone who likes working out and needed structure and routine it was a great place for me to recover mentally, physically and also spiritually. They have outings on Saturdays which was great. Went bowling, and go karting. Also did volunteer work for the first time and it felt great. They take you to church on Sundays. I have met and made many friends here and If you are serious about recovery and want to get better I highly recommend Tranquility woods whether it’s your first time or multiple times. Thank you Tranquility woods!”

“Tranquility Woods exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The beautiful campus, welcoming atmosphere, and smooth intake process immediately made me feel comfortable and respected.

The accommodations were excellent, the food was outstanding, and every member of the clinical team—including the therapists, psychiatrists, and counselors—was compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my recovery. The family therapy sessions were especially meaningful and professionally facilitated.

The group sessions were engaging, supportive, and practical, creating a recovery-focused environment that gave me the tools and confidence to continue my healing.

I am grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Tranquility Woods to anyone seeking quality treatment and a supportive path to recovery.”

“My time at Tranquility Woods was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. The care I received was top notch, and the staff here actually cares about their clients. The only things a client has to focus on is making themselves better. In addition to the staff, the grounds and amenities here only help to bring peace and calm while you’re navigating addiction or mental health recovery. I would recommend Tranquility Woods to anyone who wishes to start focusing on recovery and their own well being.”

“My experience at Tranquility Woods was truly life-changing. I came in as a shell of myself - shattered…throughout my thirty days I received thorough clinical care. My clinician Doug was truly a key piece of my journey, along with countless others. The staff of TW truly made what was the hardest part of my life, pivot to recovery with hope, health and happiness for the next part of my journey. If you’re willing to take the next step in your journey with your mental health and/or substance abuse, I HIGHLY recommend Tranquility Woods. Thank you to a few key people: Doug, Sperty, Matt, Chris, Kiersten, Larissa, Penny, Kyesha and many more!”

“I have been a client of the Tranquility Woods PHP outpatient program and Extended Care housing since mid-March 2026. I was referred to this continuum of care by my caseworker from a 30 day inpatient treatment program in Southern Maryland. I couldn't be more pleased about my experiences here, both in the clinical education program as well as their residential extended care housing component. I have received the best personalized care here in comparison to any other addiction treatment facility where I have been a client in the State of Maryland in the past 6 years. The clinical staff, to a person, are exceptionally professional and skilled in all areas of treatment. The education and training needed for clients suffering from addiction is comprehensive and the delivery of service is timely and consistent. I am nearing the end of my treatment here and I don't want to leave, but I know that I am well equipped to face the world with all the necessary tools to live a healthy and relapse-free life. Thank you TW staff. I love each and every one of you and am forever grateful that you came into my life!

“Great 13 weeks of IOP! After calling a few similar places, I was immediately sold on TW, just by speaking with Zoe on the initial phone call & inquiry. Very warm, personable, & promptly returned a few later calls like clockwork. The counselors have a nice mix of approaches, very effective in all. And Ally + Andrew (also extremely helpful folks) run a smooth, tight ship on the office end. Personally I'm in a better headspace than ever (with currently zero cravings), & am already enjoying a new, better chapter. I highly recommend TW - to anyone!”

“Choosing a treatment center is one of the hardest decisions you can make, but this place made it so much easier. The environment is incredibly supportive, and you truly feel like a person, not just a number. If you are reaching out or checking in, make sure to ask for Allie. She is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and heard. This place saved my life/the life of my loved one, and I can't recommend it enough.”

“My experience was beyond what my expectations were. The clinicians were excellent and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I also enjoyed that I was able to attend online or in person and even morning or evening depending on what my personal schedule would allow.”

“I've been attending the IOP program for 6 weeks so far and I am very impressed. They offer a hybrid program, so I can come in person or virtually. The groups are dynamic, unique, informative, and practical. The program is the added support I need to maintain and strengthen my recovery. The group leaders are so engaging and do a great job of managing the group and coming to every session with their A game. The program has individual therapy as well with amazing clinicians who care so much about their patients. Even clinicians who I'm not assigned to go above and beyond to help me. The front staff is responsive, so efficient, and reliable. You have the option of morning or evening programming which helps me out a LOT. I'm very grateful to all this program offers me!”
