02 — Your week

Individual therapy, mental health groups and practical skills.

Individual therapy, mental health groups and practical skills work form the core of care. Your plan considers symptoms, everyday activities and what support you will need after your stay.

Individual therapy.

One-to-one sessions give you space to work on the concerns that brought you to treatment and the goals that matter to you.

Skills to use beyond treatment.

Groups introduce skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). The work includes managing emotions, coping with stress and communicating with others.

Support for mind and body.

Yoga, meditation and fitness complement clinical treatment. Ask the team what is available and whether these activities are appropriate during your stay.
