Gregory Wright Jr. brings 10 years of experience in holistic wellness, working with a multicultural and humanistic perspective. He employs a client-centered approach to address various mental and behavioral health needs. Gregory is a two-time alumnus of Bowie State University and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor certified by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists to practice in Maryland.

Gregory has trained under a diverse array of professionals, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, school counselors, prison counselors, and clinical social workers. He utilizes his extensive skill set to help clients address issues such as anger, familial relationships, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma across all life stages. His experience spans working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, from ages as young as 7 to late adulthood. Gregory specializes in treating trauma, behavior modification, and anxiety in teens to middle adulthood.

Gregory’s therapeutic modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy, Adlerian therapy, mindfulness, rational-emotive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic approaches, and substance use therapy. He has worked extensively in marginalized communities and continues to advocate for and consult with private and public organizations to enhance direct mental health services. As an Adjunct Professor and educator, Gregory remains committed to pursuing social equity in academia.
